Uppywear Wrap Release Schedule

It has been over a week now since our first Uppywear launch party at Two Mothers in Edmonton.

We have to tell you how fantastic it was.  We got to do what we really love.  We were able to teach parents about babywearing and then send them over to a big pile of Uppys so they could choose a wrap to take home with them that very day. It’s what Becky has been dreaming of for a long time and so much fun!!

Uppywear is rolling out the door.  We have wraps in process all over the place. Today we are so excited to announce a few new Uppywear venues.

Our main goal in producing and marketing Uppywear wraps is to make wraps available to retailers who operate brick and mortar shops where babywearing is actually being taught, in person to parents.  We can sell wraps online all we like (we will soon make sure that we save some Uppywear wraps for our valued customers near and far who really want to try our new creations).  However,  we really feel that we can make more of a positive difference in the lives of families when we can help parents connect with their infants during a personal one to one consultation.

Our second retailer has picked up her first order of Uppywear wraps yesterday and she will have them available in her shop at Babes in Arms in Calgary, Alberta.

Head on over to see what they have in stock and don’t worry if she runs out of the size or colour you want.  We will have more Uppywear on the way to her again soon.

Our Central Alberta release of Uppywear is being planned for Saturday July 19th at Red Deer’s fantastic outdoor market.

Becky and Brie will be available as your local Uppymama consultants if you need any babywearing support.  They will have wraps available for you to purchase.  Join them at their Facebook event here. And we’ll have more babywearing consultants popping up in a few different places soon who can teach you about babywearing and also sell you a wrap!  But you’ll have to wait for full details on all that goodness.
